The dwelling is nested on a mature town site.
With the low mono pitched roof it can hardly be seen by it's neighbours.
It is a low energy House with a BER of A2. Built 2018

This bungalow has Eco Star recycled slates on the roof.
The Living room has a large solid timber frame detail.
It is insulated to a high standard.
A heat recover ventilation system (HRV)is also installed.
The bunglow is placed quite high in the corner of a field.
The design blends the house well in it's setting.
