RIAI Annual Conference

Zeno attended the RIAI Annual Conference 2016 on Saturday in the RDS Dublin.
The conference brought together national and international speakers,
taking on the contemporary issues affecting architectural practice.

Wexford County Council Planning Forum

Wexford County Counil planning forum was a full day event for Architects and other agents.
With 7 speakers and Workshops, it was very informative.

Roadstone Sustainable Construction Solutions

Zeno attended the Roadstone CPD accredited seminar in Waterford.
This seminar identified some of the key changes to the Irish
Building Regulations and present practical and cost effective
solutions that will contribute significantly towards the
efficient design and construction of new buildings.

14th and 15th of May 2016
Zeno took part again (9th year running) in the Simon Community Open door initiative.

The RIAI & the Simon Communities of Ireland have again joined forces for the 11th annual
fundraising initiative "Simon Open Door" - whereby participating RIAI Architects around
Ireland will opened their offices on a Saturday and Sunday in May 2016, to give members of
the public an hour's consultation with an architect in return for a donation to Simon.

It was a chance to talk to the new RIAI President - Carole Pollard and
Kathryn Meghen has been appointed as the Institute’s new CEO-
We heard about the ideas for the future of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland.
